Jane Austen & London
While Jane Austen spent much of her life in Hampshire and Bath, London played an important role in her story.
Her beloved brother, Henry Austen, lived in London, and through his connections many of her novels were first published. Jane herself frequently visited the city — exploring theatres, bookshops, and drawing rooms that inspired the society she portrayed so brilliantly.
This experience celebrates that vital chapter of her life.
