Jane Austen's Ring Replica - Turquoise and Sterling Silver | Exclusive Collection
Jane Austen's Ring Replica- one of the only known pieces of jewellery - and a stunning example of Regency jewellery.
Our ring is an adapted design of the iconic Jane Austen gold and turquoise ring, crafted from sterling silver and set with a beautiful turquoise stone. Carefully created by our trusted jewellers in Somerset, our hand-made ring has been lovingly crafted exclusively for us.
Inspired by one of her own possessions, this adapted design of the Jane Austen turquoise ring is one of only three pieces of jewellery Jane was ever known to have worn.
Following her death in 1817, the iconic gold and turquoise ring was held onto by Jane’s sister Cassandra and then passed to Eleanor Jackson, her brother's new wife. The ring was then passed onto Jane’s niece Caroline in 1863 along with a note, which still accompanies the ring today.
Our beautiful bespoke design has been crafted from sterling silver and set with a turquoise stone, engraved with ‘Jane Austen’ on the inside of the ring. Complete the look with the matching Jane Austen Silver and Turquoise Pendant Necklace and Jane Austen Silver and Turquoise Stud Earrings. It is also available to purchase in gold-plated silver and 9ct gold.
