About the Netherfield Ball Delicate Flower Hair Comb
During the Regency period pearls were often the accessory of choice for a ball or promenade. This is demonstrated in both the 1995 and 2005 adaptation of Jane Austen's 'Pride and Prejudice' where both Jennifer Ehle and Keira Knightly wore pearls in their hair for the Netherfield Ball.
We particularly love how this accessory is inspired by many Regency ball looks. The delicate flower design is also reminiscent of the design on Marianne Dashwood's wedding day veil.
