A Limited Edition Commemorative Jane Austen Stamp in a brass hanging frame.
This limited edition stamp was issued by the Royal Mail in 1975, to commemorate the work of one of Britain's most celebrated authors, Jane Austen, and the bicentenary of her birth.
This limited edition eight-and-a-half pence stamp features a beautiful etching of Emma and her father Mr Woodhouse, from Jane Austen's 1815 novel, Emma.
The stamp is in pristine condition and mounted onto glass to emphasise the detail.
