A constantly evolving interactive exhibition and tea room, celebrating Bath's most famous resident. Interact with our cast of Jane Austen character actors, dress-up in regency costumes, and stop off for tea and cake in our award-winning Regency Tearoom.
The Jane Austen Centre in Bath focuses on the life and works of Jane Austen, as well as the Regency period in which she lived. A constantly evolving attraction, the Jane Austen Centre aims to inform and entertain visitors. Your visit to The Jane Austen Centre offers you a snapshot of life during Regency times and explores how living in this magnificent city affected Jane Austen and her writing.
